The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are too heavy to hang in the air and quickly fall on floors or surfaces.

Wear a mask in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations.
Housekeeping teams should wear gloves and use sanitizing products as instructed.
Washing hands can keep you healthy and prevent the spread of respiratory infections.
Wet your hands with clean, running water, apply soap, and lather well. Rub your hands for at least 20 sec, rinse them well, and dry with a clean towel.
